Our vineyards nearby our house with high density (7000-8000
vines /ha) are on a sunny side of the slopes. In that vineyards
with low vegetative growth without using mineral fertilizers,
herbicides or botriticids, we retain low quantity of grapes per
vine (0,8-1,2 kg) but rich on quality.
Grape bunches are exposed to the sun, so they have deeper skin
and are more resistant to different diseases. Thanks to classical
wine making all our wines mature toward high quality without using
modern technology. Wines for bottling age in our cellar with
constant low temperature for two years, so they are ready for
putting in bottle without using any filtration.
We stay faithful to tradition, and because of that we get
healthy wines that taste a little bite different as people are used
to, but they are worth to try them.
