Vine growing Properties:
Integrated plan protection - EU regulation. The vines are grown in marl, slate and sandstone type of soil on south and south east areas.

Wine making process:
Maceration: 24 hours of cold maceration
Ageing (maturation): 12 months in new and used 300 and 500-litre oak barrels
